El Capitán de Guerra José Camino y Velasco, Alcalde Mayor de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Javier Esteban Hugo de Omerique, y por su ausencia u otro impedimento a don Lucas Serafín Chacón, residentes en la Ciudad de México, para que en su nombre pidan, reciban y cobren del Doctor Miguel Ventura Gallo de Pardiñas, Presbítero prebendado de la Santa Iglesia de la Ciudad de México o de don Miguel González del Camino, como su fiador, 1, 600 pesos escudos de plata antigua por otros tantos que el Doctor recibió en la Ciudad de Cádiz y se obligó con el fiador a pagárselos en este Reino, como aparece por escritura de 13 de abril de este año.
