Juan Antonio Mosquera y Moscoso, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que tiene por esclavo a Andrés de Bustillos, negro criollo de 45 años más o menos, alto de cuerpo y cara hoyosa, que lo heredó de Teresa de Córdoba y Arellano, su primera mujer, como consta en codicilio de 4 de febrero de 1710; otorga que lo horra y liberta de todo cautiverio por haberle dado Juan de Irala, pardo libre vecino de Jalapa, la cantidad de 300 pesos de oro común.
