Don José de Castro, dueño de recua y vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don Sebastián López, Administrador de la recua de don Pedro Vértiz, una casa de paredes, cubierta de madera y tejas, con 15 varas de frente y 55 varas de fondo, la cual linda al poniente con la calle que baja de esta plaza para la de Tecuanapa y Beaterio, conocida por el nombre de calle Ancha y casas del difunto don Juan de Quiñones, al sur con casas del difunto don José Antonio Matamoros, al oriente con la casa de don Juan Antonio de Arce y Arroyo, y al norte con casa y corral del mismo don Sebastián López, al precio de 850 pesos.
