Don José María Ochoa, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que a don Tadeo Díaz, que giraba en esta ciudad una tienda en compañía de los señores Lerdos, le franqueo efectos de su casa, valor de 53 pesos y 7 octavos reales, que no le ha satisfecho por las diferencias que tiene con sus socios. Por lo antes mencionado, el comparente señala ocurrió en este día, ante el Tribunal Mercantil de esta ciudad, a solicitar se le mande satisfacer sus créditos, misma que fue aceptada por los señores jueces, por lo que se obliga a que siempre que se acepte que este pago es ilegal, entonces devolverá la suma de 53 pesos y 7 octavos reales, que ahora debe percibir en virtud de aquel mandato.
