Doña Gertrudis de la Gala y Thormes, viuda vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, albacea de Juan de Thormes, tutora y Curadora de sus menores hijos, y el Capitán Miguel Castellanos de Ibarra y Ezpeleta en nombre y representación de Pedro Miguel de Thormes, difunto, y el Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, como apoderado de doña Juana de los Santos y Thormes, otorgan en arrendamiento a José Robledano de Cardeña, de la misma vecindad, una casa ubicada en este pueblo que quedó de los bienes de Juan de Thormes que esta proindiviso entre los herederos, por un tiempo de 6 años que corren de esta escritura, en 140 pesos por cada año descontándosele de ella los reparos y agravios que para su manutención hiciere.
