Nicolasa de Vargas, viuda vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que el Bachiller Miguel Pérez de Medina, Cura que fue de este pueblo, dejó a sus dos hijas 100 pesos a cada una, cuya cantidad está depositada para cuando tomen estado y en tanto gocen de los réditos, en tal virtud otorga poder especial al Bachiller Pedro del Río Jiménez, Presbítero Domiciliario de este Obispado, residente en la Ciudad de Puebla, para que en su nombre parezca en el Juzgado de Testamentos y Obras Pías y pida el cumplimiento de la cláusula donde deja la mencionada cantidad a sus hijas.
