El Capitán Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, dueño del ingenio Nuestra Señora del Rosario, dijo que por cuanto está obligado con otros dueños de ingenios a las cobranzas de las reales alcabalas de Su Majestad que se causaren en esta provincia, por tiempo de cuatro años, a partir del 6 de diciembre de 1670, dio su poder cumplido a su hijo Don Claudio Teodoro de Ceballos, vecino de esta jurisdicción , para que representando su persona use en todo y por todo la dicha comisión que le fue dada en la Real Contaduría a Fernando de Arriaga, en cuyo derecho han sucedido por su fallecimiento.
