Juan Jacinto Romero, vecino de esta jurisdicción, hijo legítimo de Francisco Pérez Romero y de Juana Martín de la Hinojosa, vecinos que fueron de Jalapa y antiguos dueños del ingenio Nuestra Señora del Socorro, dijo que habiendo hecho una donación de todos sus bienes a favor del Capitán Don Juan de la Higuera Matamoros, que ya es difunto, habrá 14 años, con ciertas condiciones, cuyas cláusulas no han sido cumplidas; por la presente revocó dicha donación y la declaró cancelada para que no valga en juicio ni fuera de él, y quien hubiere sucedido en los derechos de Don Juan de la Higuera Matamoros, no haya dichos bienes.
