Bartolomé Fernández Caballero, arrendatario de la hacienda de Cristóbal Sánchez Lechuga, en la doctrina de San Andrés Chalchicomula, como principal obligado, y Tomás de Ochoa, como su fiador, vecino de San Andrés Chalchicomula, se obligaron a pagar a la Masa General de la ciudad de la Puebla de Los Ángeles, 95 pesos y un tomín de oro común, que valieron las semillas y lana de dicha hacienda, del diezmo del año pasado de 1681, para fin del presente mes de diciembre y año de la data.
