Pascuala, Melchora y Ventura Pérez, hermanos, hijos y herederos de Juana Pérez, mayores de 25, vecinos de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, dijeron que su madre les heredó una casa y solar frontero al cementerio del Convento de San Francisco, que linda al oriente con casa del escribano, al poniente con casa de don José Ramos, y al fondo con casa y solar de Francisco Carranza como aparece en el testamento. Cuya casa y solar les dejó por legado remuneratorio Ana González de Astudillo, quien falleció el 7 de octubre de 1691. Por tanto Melchor y Ventura otorgan que ceden, renuncian y transfieren en Pascuala Pérez, las partes que les pertenece de dicha casa y solar por los 50 y 27 pesos y 2 reales de oro común que confiesa ha recibido por los gastos que esta hizo en la enfermedad y funeral de su madre.
