El Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, Síndico del Consulado del Señor San Francisco, vecino de Jalapa, dijo que por despacho del Comisario General del Tribunal de la Santa Cruzada, se le libró al consulado para que desde Puebla o donde se hallarán unos autos que se siguieron por concurso de acreedores contra bienes de Juan José de Thormes, se remitiesen a dicho tribunal, en cuyo efecto otorga poder a don Justo Caballero, vecino de la Ciudad de la Puebla, para que en su nombre parezca en el tribunal de la Cruzada y ante las demás justicias y pida dichos autos y sobre ello el cobro del crédito del convento.
