María Josefa Díaz, mujer de Francisco Castilla, y Manuel Luciano Hernández, sobrino del mismo, ambos vecinos de la Villa de Xalapa, fiadores de dicho Castilla, dijeron que debiendo éste 97 pesos 5 reales a don Tomás Roso, salió por su fiador don Gregorio Ruiz de Gamarra, quien remitió orden y poder a don José Marín para demandar al deudor, por lo que otorgan que se obligan a pagar y satisfacer a dicho don José Marín, como apoderado de don Gregorio Ruiz de Gamarra, la dicha cantidad de la deuda principal de su marido.
