Manuela Galindo, vecina de este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que habiendo fallecido su marido Juan Romero de Acosta, alias Terrazas, dejo 5 hijos mayores y no mas bienes que una casa y solar en este pueblo, el cual ha dividido entre los cinco hijos en partes iguales de 25 varas cada uno, cuya partición se hizo a satisfacción de todos los herederos, lo cual declara para que sirva de título a su hija Gertrudis Romero de Acosta, mujer legitima de José Cabañas.
