El Bachiller Juan Fernández Nieto, cura coadjutor del partido de San Andrés Chalchicomula, como principal obligado, y Antonio de Vega, vecino de dicha jurisdicción, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Masa General de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 190 pesos y un tomín de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron y montaron cantidad de semillas, lana y un becerro, del diezmo del año pasado de 1682, del rancho de Diego Lucas y de la hacienda del Alférez Gaspar de Atiensia Palacios [Gaspar de Atencia Palacios], que el principal compró al Bachiller Miguel Trujillo Villavicencio, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
