Don Narciso José de Lagos y Arbide, vecino de Jalapa, casado con Juana de Vergara, dijo que por fallecimiento del padre de su mujer, Sebastián de Vergara, se hicieron inventarios, partición y división de bienes, por lo que otorga que ha recibido de don Juan Fernández de Infanzón, albacea de su mujer, la cantidad de 400 pesos 6 reales en dinero de contado y efectos, correspondiente a la hijuela y legítima paterna, obligándose a tenerlos como bienes hereditarios de su esposa y no ponerlos a deuda alguna.
