Felipe Rodríguez Cabaco, viudo de María Luis, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que en cláusula de su testamento tiene como heredera a su mujer María Luis, quien ahora ya es difunta, por lo que anula y revoca esa cláusula, y nombra como heredera a su alma. Asimismo manda se le otorgue libertad a su esclava Ana María después de que fallezca y que las casas de su morada las entreguen al Mayordomo de la Cofradía de las Benditas Ánimas.
