Doña María Ana Roso, viuda en primera del difunto don Antonio Merino, casada en segundas nupcias con don Pedro Bartolomé Aragón, a quien le ha pedido la licencia correspondiente, y como madre legítima del prebendado difunto don Nicolás Merino, Canónigo que fue de la catedral de Guadalajara, y como tal su forzosa heredera, otorga poder general a don Andrés Arroyo, vecino de la indicada ciudad, para que a nombre de ella, demande, perciba y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente a todas las personas las cantidades de dinero o artículos que el indicado difunto haya instituido o encargado, haciendo en razón de esta recaudación todos los actos y diligencias.
