Diego Zavaleta, vecino de la población de las Vigas, dijo posee por suya una casita de paredes de piedras y lodo, cubierta de tajamanil y su correspondiente solar, ubicada en dicho pueblo de las Vigas, en la calle del camino principal, con su frente al sur, lindando por oriente con casa y solar de Antonio González, por el poniente con casa de Gabriel Zavaleta, y por el norte con las paredes del mesón que disfruta el Ayuntamiento de Tlacolulan. Cuya casita deslindada, vende al ciudadano Félix Hernández, en precio de 155 pesos.
