Don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, vecino de Jalapa, albacea testamentario del difunto don Miguel Bazán de Otero, quien fue Presbítero y vecino de Jalapa, otorga en adjudicación a favor de la Cofradía de las Benditas Ánimas del Purgatorio, representada por su mayordomo don Juan Gómez de Estrada, una casa que perteneció al difunto Bazán, la cual linda al poniente con calle que de la antigua iglesia parroquial sube para el Calvario, y casa de don Laureano Teixa de Senande, al norte y poniente con casa alta de los herederos de don Manuel de Olmedo, y al sur con casa de la fábrica de dicha iglesia.
