Doña Catalina de Aurto y de la Mata, viuda de don Carlos Laso de la Vega, su albacea y heredera en el remanente de sus bienes, ante Pedro López de Villaseñor, Teniente General de San Juan de los Llanos, en virtud de que Don José Espinosa de los Monteros, vecino de la provincia de Tlaxcala, salió por su fiador en la cantidad de 1 845 pesos 3 tomines y 6 granos de oro común, y la otorgante como principal, para pagarlos a Doña Magdalena de Alcántara, vecina de la ciudad de Los Ángeles. Por la presente, Doña Catalina se obligó a sacar en paz y a salvo, a sus bienes y herederos de la dicha fianza, sin que por esta razón se le pida cosa alguna.
