Juan Bautista de Arroyta, Escribano, señala que Manuela Martínez, mujer de Manuel de los Santos, dijo que por únicos bienes tiene la casita de madera y el solar que hubo por herencia, y que no hace testamento porque no tiene descendientes, por lo que él certifica, que es voluntad de Manuela, que después de su fallecimiento, dicha casa y solar sean de la Cofradía de Nuestra Señora de la Piedad, ubicada en la capilla de la parroquia en este pueblo.
