José Antonio Fuentes, vecino de esta Villa, otorga que ha vendido desde antes de ahora a José Casimiro de Rivera, de esta propia vecindad, un pedazo de solar con 24 varas de frente, que lo hace al sur, Calle de Santiago en medio y del otro lado casa de Pedro Pacheco, por el oriente linda con casa y solar de don Manuel Melchor, al poniente con solar que vendió a José María González, al norte con solar de los herederos de don Manuel Machado, por donde tiene 40 varas. Lo vendió en 60 pesos.
