Don Miguel de Arieta, Alcalde Ordinario, junto con su esposa doña Petra Zavalza, una de las herederas y albaceas del Licenciado don José Mariano Zavalza, quien fue Presbítero del Obispado de la Puebla; por lo que la citada heredera, en compañía de doña Gertrudis Zavalza, su hermana y también heredera del citado difunto y mujer legítima de don Lino Carasa Jiménez, otorgaron poder general a sus citados maridos, por lo cual ahora el declarante, otorga poder general al citado don Lino Caraza Jiménez, su hermano, para que use el mencionado poder otorgado por sus hermanas, tomando cuentas, administrando, rigiendo, arrendando y vendiendo cualquier bien mueble, por los tiempos, plazos y dineros que sean necesarios.
