Don Diego Leño, labrador y vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder general a don Juan Antonio Larrinaga, vecino de la Villa de San Carlos en la jurisdicción de Santander, para que en su nombre cobre las cantidades que se le estuvieren debiendo a través de escrituras, vales u otros papeles y de lo que perciba entregue los recibos necesarios; y si por lo antes mencionado se requiriese contienda de juicio que lo siga, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración y con facultad de sustituir.
