Doña Francisca Suárez, originaria de la Villa de Orizaba, viuda de don Fernando Barroso, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don Juan Gaspar de Villaseñor, de aquella misma vecindad, para que tome posesión real de una casa situada en dicha Villa, a dos cuadras y media abajo del Calvario, que por cláusula de testamento le dejó su tía, doña Antonia Ramírez Doria, esposa que fue del regidor don Alejo Marín, de aquella vecindad, y habiendo tomado posesión de ella la venda en almoneda o fuera de ella.
