Don Mariano Campos, vecino del comercio de esta Villa, vende a don Juan José de Oteiza y Vértiz, vecino y del comercio de la Capital de México, una casa ubicada en la primera cuadra de la Calle Real de esta Villa, la que hace frente al sur con la Calle Real en medio y casa del Regidor que fue don José Fernández de Castañeda; su fondo que es al norte linda con el Callejón del Arco; por el oriente con casa de don Pedro Miguel de Echeverría; por el poniente con casa de los herederos de don Laureano Fernández de Ulloa. La vende en 8000 pesos.
