Don Jerónimo Rebolledo, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, vende a don Manuel de Cueto y Vierna, Capitán de Caballería de Ejército, dos casas, una baja y la otra alta, ubicadas en el barrio de la Lagunilla, lindan al sur con la calzada del Camino Real que sale para la Veracruz y solar de la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción, y al oriente, poniente y norte con tierras de los naturales de esta villa, así mismo incluye un solar el cual se encuentra frente a las citadas casas, la venta la hace en 1, 500 pesos.
