Inés Martín, viuda de Cristóbal Sarmiento, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, declara que junto con sus difuntas hermanas Catarina Muñiz y María Martín, vendieron al difunto Teodoro Antonio Mojica, un solar que heredaron de su madre Beatriz Martín, ubicado en el Barrio de Santiago, con 60 varas de frente y 70 varas de fondo, linda al norte con la calle que baja para la Ermita de Santiago y solar que poseen los herederos de don Francisco de Araciel, al sur con solar de la Cofradía de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, al oriente con solar que fue de Antonio Barradas y al poniente con solar de Felipe Rodríguez, en la cantidad de 300 pesos, pero sin escritura, por lo que ahora María Velásquez, viuda y albacea de dicho Teodoro, pide hacer esta declaración.
