Don José de la Presa y Miranda, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, con poder para testar otorgado por don Antonio Añesi, de la misma vecindad, procede a realizar la descripción del testamento, en el cual lo nombra albacea testamentario y como heredera universal a la ilustre Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción, ubicada en la antigua parroquia de este pueblo. Declaró que lo que debe y le deben lo sabe su albacea y consta en sus apuntes; manda se pague lo uno y se cobre lo otro.
