Cristóbal de Acosta, hijo de José Antonio de Acosta y de Gertrudis de San José, difuntos, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga su testamento donde declara lo siguiente: debe a su tío Luis Fernández Ulloa y al Capitán Luis González de Lucena lo que digan y aparezca en su libro de cuentas; tiene entre sus bienes dos casas para cuya construcción su hermano le suplió la cantidad que conste en sus cuentas; declara ser casado con Juana Francisca de Villa, quien trajo a su poder 200 pesos de dote y él no tenía capital alguno. Nombra como albacea, tutora y curadora de sus hijos a su mujer y a su hermano José Antonio de Acosta.
