Doña Bárbara de Olivera, viuda y albacea del Licenciado Nicolás Martínez de Fontes, residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga que ha recibido de don Esteban Munuera, Regidor Honorario de Puebla, la cantidad de 200 pesos en dinero de contado, mismos que son parte de 2, 000 pesos que ella le suplió con obligación de réditos, como consta en escritura de 9 de julio de 1798, por lo que sólo quedan en poder del Regidor 1, 800 pesos, de los que deberá pagar réditos por tener satisfechos los corridos.
