Don Manuel Fernández del Campo y don Francisco Cia, manifiestan que en 1810 otorgaron escritura de arrendamiento de la casa que poseía el primero en esta Villa, a favor del segundo, por el término de 9 años; más como las circunstancias ocurridas después del otorgamiento de aquélla, hace unos 4 años que por convenio particular entre ambos pasó la finca a poder de otros inquilinos, y aún posteriormente transfiriéndose a otro el dominio de su propiedad; en esta virtud y para que la relacionada escritura ahora ni en tiempo alguno tenga fuerza, se otorga el uno al otro mutuamente cancelación en forma de los particulares que comprenden, dándola por nula, tildada, de ningún valor ni efecto.
