Don Pedro José Rafael de Alba, natural y vecino de Jalapa, Cadete de Regimiento de Dragones de México, hijo legítimo del Capitán José de Alba y de doña Ignacia Montañés de la Cueva, otorga su testamento donde nombra como albacea testamentaria y tenedor de bienes a su hermano don Francisco Ignacio de Herrasti, su tutor. Y del remanente que quedare, manda se divida en tres partes y se repartan y hereden a su hermana doña María Ignacia de Alba, a su hermano don José Manuel de Alba, y la otra la hereden por partes iguales a su hermana Margarita de Alba, que se halla en el Beaterio de Jalapa, y a su sobrina doña Cayetana de Herrasti, hija del expresado albacea.
