Se componen de 15 varas de frente que hacen su vista al norte, 47 de fondo hacia el sur por donde lindan con solar que fue de la misma compareciente, por el poniente con casa de Don Pablo Fraile y Santa María, por el oriente con otra que está fabricando doña Albina y doña Gertrudis Jiménez. La venta se hizo por precio de 1 500 pesos.
