Don Anastasio Cruz, de esta vecindad, otorga poder especial a don Félix Teixa de Senande, Secretario del Montepío de esta Nueva España y Oficial de la Dirección del Tabaco, vecino de México, para que aliste y recoja una información que produjo en la Intendencia de Veracruz sobre su legitimidad y limpieza de sangre, la que se elevó a la Superioridad para que al otorgante y sus descendientes se exoneren de la paga del tributo; y general para que en nombre del otorgante cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente todo lo que le deban.
