Don José María Díaz Platas, vecino de la jurisdicción de Xalapa, albacea de su difunta madre, doña Anastasia Antonia Rodríguez, declara que para cumplir el testamento de su difunta madre, pidió a don Juan Pérez Pensado, albacea de Miguel Tejeda, la cantidad de 603 pesos, de los 3, 000 pesos que ésta quedó debiendo a dicha su madre por la venta de el rancho de Atezca, cantidad que recibió y por la cual otorga recibo a favor del citado Pensado, restándole la cantidad de 2,397 pesos.
