Lucas Francisco de Ayala, por una parte y por la otra el Sargento Calixto Ventura López, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, el primero dijo que el Sargento le arrendó una tenería de curtir cueros situada en este pueblo por 4 años que empezaron a correr el sábado santo de 1718 a razón de 190 pesos en cada año, que le pagó por adelantado que importaron 760 pesos como aparece en escritura de 15 de febrero de ese año, y en atención a que el arrendatario le ha devuelto parte del dinero, han convenido devolver la tenería y dar por finiquitado el arrendamiento.
