Margarita Romero, vecina de Jalapa, mujer de Domingo Chávez y Torres, otorga poder especial a don Ignacio de Silva, Escribano y vecino de la Villa de Orizaba, para que concluya los autos pendientes ante la Real Justicia de aquella villa en demanda y cobro de una casa que quedó por bienes de su difunta hermana Bernarda Romero y le pertenece a la otorgante, y que José de Palacios, esposo de la difunta, vendió a Pedro Palacios, cuya mujer Mariana Hernández la posee. Una vez recuperada la casa, ordena se entregue a su hija María Luisa Vázquez, mujer de Mariano Gálvez Espinosa.
