Don Juan Bautista de Garaicoechea y don Manuel Badillo, dijeron que don José Gutiérrez de Zamora está obligado a mantener el Hospital Militar de esta Villa, según contrata que para ello hizo por 4 años que corren desde 1817, bajo las cláusulas y condiciones estipuladas, pero según las condiciones tiene que dar fianza para el más exacto cumplimiento de su obligación, por lo que sabedores de su derecho y negocio, se constituyen en fiadores y principales responsables por el mencionado contrata del Hospital.
