Don Domingo Nogueira, Teniente de la Compañía de Patriotas de Caballería de esta Villa, vecino y de su comercio, se constituye fiador y principal pagador de don [Juan] Joaquín de Cendoya [y Arizabaleta], Administrador de Alcabalas de esta Villa, in solidum y de mancomún con don Juan Antonio Pardo y don Francisco Cia, y en subrogación de su hermano, don Juan Francisco de Noriega, quien ha determinado volver a la península, de donde es oriundo. Cuya fianza será por el tiempo que esté a su cargo la recaudación de alcabalas, hasta en cantidad de 2 000 pesos cada uno.
