Don Francisco Díaz, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, declara que su difunto padre don Gervasio Antonio Díaz compró a don José de Velasco un solar ubicado en el barrio del Calvario, del cual vendió varias partes sin otorgar escrituras, entre ellas 21.5 varas al difunto don Gaspar Cabañas, que hacen frente al poniente con la calle de la Amargura y del otro lado del solar de don Narciso José de Lagos y Arbide, por el costado del Norte linda con don Cristóbal Martínez, al costado del sur con Matiana de Jesús Licona, y al fondo al oriente con solar de los Naturales. Lo cual declara para título de los herederos de dicho Cabañas.
