El Capitán Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, residente en el ingenio Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, por lo que le toca y como uno de los herederos de Don Ramiro [Córdoba] y Arellano, dio su poder cumplido a Don Fernando Ruiz de Córdoba [y Arellano] hijo del citado Don Ramiro de Arellano, y a Diego de Simancas, vecino de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, para que puedan cobrar 1900 pesos de oro común que Blas Moreno, vecino de Acatzingo, quedó debiendo a Don Ramiro de Arellano de cierta partida de ganado que le vendió.
