Don José de Albear, vecino y del comercio de Capital de México, natural de las Montañas de Santander, de estado soltero, hijo legítimo de don Pedro Albear, difunto, y de doña Catarina de Loredo, otorga poder general a su hermano don Simón de Albear, en primer lugar, y en segundo lugar a doña María de la Salud Bracho, su hermana política, para que después de su fallecimiento hagan y ordenen su testamento con arreglo a las instrucciones que de palabra o por escrito les comunique. Nombra como sus albaceas a sus hermanos don Simón y doña María de la Salud, a quienes también nombra como herederos junto con su madre, doña Catarina de Loredo.
