En relación con la memoria de testamento de Doña Isabel de Neira Claver, el Juez hizo parecer ante sí a Sebastián del Moral, español, vecino de Naolinco, del cual se recibió juramento y dijo haber conocido al Alférez Alonso Domínguez, y a los 9 días del presente de julio, el susodicho mandó llamar al cura de este pueblo para que le dispusiera una memoria que sirviera de testamento, por no haber Teniente ni escribano en Naolinco. Y este testigo, vio decir las mandas y declaraciones en ella contenidas.
