Don Joaquín Ildefonso de Torquemada, hijo legítimo de los difuntos don Alonso de Torquemada y doña María de la Rosa y Thormes, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, casado con doña Ildefonsa Martínez Navarro, realiza su testamento, en el cual nombra como albacea al Doctor José Suárez, Cura, Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico de este pueblo, junto con su hermano el Licenciado Carlos José Suárez, sobrinos de la otorgante, y como herederos nombra a don José, doña Mariana, Gertrudis, Rafaela Francisco, Miguel, Juan Antonio José Antonio y Joaquina, sus hijos legítimos.
