Don José Antonio de la Peña, Regidor Perpetuo, Alférez Real de este Ilustre Ayuntamiento, y don Pedro Francisco de Villa, labrador, vecino de la hacienda del Encero, dijeron que por superior orden del Señor Virrey, se le manda intime a don José de Castro López [de] Trujillo, Guarda Almacén General del Cantón de esta Villa, caucione con fianzas competentes el manejo de los utensilios pertenecientes a la Real Hacienda, como tal, Guarda Almacén, por lo que los dos comparecientes se constituyen en fiadores y llanos pagadores, hasta en la cantidad de 2 000 pesos cada uno.
