Cipriano de Arriaga, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a Juan Antonio de Villanueva Guzmán, de la misma vecindad, una casa de piedra y barro techada de teja, cuyo solar mide 68 varas de frente y 91 de fondo, ubicada en la Calle Real que baja de la Plaza Pública a la Laguna. Linda con solares que fueron de la propia casa, con casa de Calixto Ventura López, por otro lado con casa de José Luis y por la derecha con casa de Isabel Bautista, cuya casa heredó en compañía de sus hermanos, quienes le cedieron todos sus derechos, de Francisca de Orduña Castillo. La venta se hace en 300 pesos de oro común que por su valor le ha entregado.
