Gregoria María de Agüero y María Javiera de Agüero, la primera mujer de Antonio Silverio de Aguilera, declaran que su difunto padre Juan Miguel de Agüero vendió a Javier de Orduña, difunto, un solar de 17 varas de frente y 61 de fondo, el cual linda al oriente con un pedazo de solar de Mateo Pino, al poniente con un solar que poseen los otorgantes, por el frente con el callejón de la tenería, y al fondo con un solar de Matías de Ortega, del cual no otorgó escritura por lo que otorgan la presente para que sirva de título.
