Don Manuel Allén, de este comercio y vecindad, ha recibido de don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta, también de esta vecindad, la cantidad de 3 500 pesos obligándose a pagar en el término de 6 años con sus réditos del 5% anual, y para que a un mismo tiempo pueda usarse a favor de sus acreedores, hipoteca dos casas ubicadas en la Calle Nueva u Otomana, cuyas fincas están afectas con 1 382 pesos y un real de tres principales que en sí reportan respectivamente, y sobre las que carga ahora los 3 500 pesos, 2 000 pesos sobre la alta y 1 500 sobre la baja.\t
