Doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña Barreda Gayón, doncella mayor de 25 años, natural y vecina de esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que ella y sus dos hermanas legítimas doña Rafaela y doña Juana Gertrudis Cardeña Barreda Gayón otorgaron mutuo poder para testar en la Ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles el 25 de enero de 1780, y por cuanto sus dos hermanas han fallecido, otorga su testamento en donde se nombra como albacea y tenedora de bienes de sus hermanas, así como también heredera universal.\t
